Churches Opening for Private Prayer:

Saint Aidan Parish will be opening both churches for private prayer starting Monday March 8, 2021. Please use the bell tower entrance at Saint Alexis & the ramp entrance on the old side of Saint Alphonsus.

• Saint Alexis Church will be open Monday - Saturday after the 8:00 a.m. Mass until 12:00 noon.
• Saint Alphonsus Church will be open 12:00 noon - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

Fish Fry:

The Fish Fry traffic issue has been resolved. There are once again the minimal wait times that you have been accustomed to in the past. I am grateful for all the efforts by the volunteers and the Fish Fry Committee. They formulated a great plan and executed it well. Please join us this week and each Friday in Lent for this great tradition of our local church and greater community.

Alerts for Outdoor Mass Changes:

Please note that if there is severe weather, i.e., snow, ice, rain, extreme cold, etc., the 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. will be subject to change of location to indoors. The Mass will still be provided on the Radio, and overflow seating will be available in the old Saint Alexis church. Please sign up for our ENews saintaidanparish.org/weekly-email or text the word "Wexford" to 84576 from your mobile phone to receive our Flocknote updates. The parish will use both to send alerts that the Mass will be held inside in case of weather conditions.

Year of Saint Joseph:

The Year of Saint Joseph continues to rejuvenate our souls. Saint Joseph is the patron saint of families. The parish will have a special celebration of the Feast of Saint Joseph Friday, March 19. See details below to celebrate this Solemn Feast Day:

• Thursday, March 18
  • Vigil Mass at 7:00 p.m. at Saint Alphonsus
• Friday, March 19
  • Mass at 8:00 a.m. at Saint Alexis
  • Mass at 12:00 p.m. at Saint Alphonsus (no Stations of the Cross at noon)
  • Stations of the Cross at 7:00 p.m. at Saint Alexis
