Mission Trip

Planning has begun for our 2025 Mission Trip to David, KY! We are inviting all high school teens and adults to sign up now to save your spot. Registration will close on May 12, 2025. Mission Trip details:

June 15-21, 2025

WHO:
All High School Teens (grades 9-12) and Adults

WHY: 
Help provide a glimmer of HOPE to the less fortunate. Plus students earn 40 service hours for the week!

COST: 
Students: $300 ($50 deposit to hold spot, $250 due by 5/12/25.) 
There will be a discount for multiple students in one family. Please sign up and pay the $50 deposit for each student. The final amount due will be adjusted for your family. (Financial assistance will also be available from our fundraising and generous donors.)

Adults: $50 deposit to hold spot & help fundraise for Mission Trip.

Monetary Donations

We are currently seeking monetary donations to help cover the cost of supplies and materials for our home repair projects, or to sponsor a teen attending this year’s Mission Trip. Any amount is greatly appreciated! Please make checks payable to Saint Aidan Parish and write Mission Trip 2025 in the memo line. Donations may be placed in the collection basket at Mass (please clearly mark the envelope Mission Trip) or mailed to the Parish Office.

Food Donations

We are also collecting non-perishable food items for the Mission Pantry in David, Kentucky. Please see the flyer below for the items needed. Items can be dropped off after all Masses the weekend of June 7-8th or at the Saint Aidan Parish office any time after June 1st. Thank you for your generous support of the 2025 Mission Trip!
