Congratulations on Your Engagement! 
Please contact one of the priests at the office to make an initial inquiry about your wedding. The priest will be the one to reserve the date for the wedding. You should meet with the priest prior to setting a venue for the reception. Please call 724-935-4343. 

Prior to the celebration of the Sacrament of Marriage, classes are required to help couples focus on various dimensions of a Catholic marriage. Several options are available to complete this requirement. Please talk with the priest presiding at your marriage about the option that might be best for you.

Wedding Ceremony Times at St. Aidan Parish
Weddings cannot be scheduled on a Sunday, nor can they be scheduled on a Friday or Saturday if it is a Holy Day. Marriages are typically not celebrated during Lent and Holy Week because of the solemn nature of that time. 

Saturday weddings are typically scheduled at the following times:

St. Alexis Church - 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM 
(The ceremony can be earlier than 1:30 PM, but it cannot be later than 2:00 PM due to 4:00 PM Vigil Mass.)

St. Alphonsus Church - 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM 
(The ceremony times are more flexible because there is no Vigil Mass at St. Alphonsus Church)

The time for a Friday ceremony is flexible. Please keep in mind that your preferred date and time may not be available because of prior scheduling from other couples. Registered parishioners will always have first choice of dates and times.
